just what it says Ingredients:
12 oz ground beef |
2 red onions, chopped |
8 cloves garlic, minced |
1 tsp granulated garlic |
1 tsp dry mustard |
1 tsp paprika |
22 oz beet leaves, (2 bunches) tough stems removed |
20 oz kale, tough stems removed and barely chopped (1 large bunch) |
1/4 head cabbage, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in large pan or wok with onions and garlic, adding other seasonings when the beef is less pink. When thoroughly browned: 2. Add greens and cover to steam until tender, stirring once in awhile to keep from burning the meat. 3. Serve with rice, if desired. |
