Ingredients:
3 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed |
6 garlic cloves |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook beans and garlic in boiling salted water to cover 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Transfer to a serving bowl. Remove garlic cloves; mince. Whisk together minced garlic, oil, and next 3 ingredients; drizzle over green beans, and toss gently. |
