Garlicky Fresh Corn With Parmesan Cheese |

This recipe has evolved over the years...so delicious and easy! Ingredients:
6 ears fresh corn, kernels removed |
2 tablespoons butter |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 dashes hot sauce (to taste) |
1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese, finely grated |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large frying pan over med/high heat. 2. Saute garlic until fragrant but not brown, about 30 seconds. 3. Add corn and toss to coat in garlic butter. 4. Add worcestershire and hot sauce. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. When heated through, add parmesan cheese. 7. Serve! |
