Garlicky Broccoli Tofu Salad

A quick and tasty lunch. :)
Ingredients:
6 cups broccoli
1 1/2 cups extra firm tofu, cubed
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Place broccoli, tofu, and sesame oil in a large bowl and toss well.
2. In a large skillet heat olive oil until hot. Add garlic and cumin, cook about 1 minute. Add pepper flakes.
3. Pour mixture over broccoli and tofu. Toss well. Let sit for at least an hour in the fridge. Keeps for about a week.
