Garlicky Beans on Toast takes the hot, crunchy breakfast stand-by to a new level. Mornings have never had it so good! Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 cup canned white beans |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
1 slice sourdough |
chopped fresh rosemary |
chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil, beans, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper over medium heat. Spoon over sourdough. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and parsley. |
