Found this in Real Simple Magazine. It is sooooo good. Good enough to serve to company, but fast enough to make on a weeknight. This just might be my new favorite. Serve with fettucini, salad and a nice fresh bread. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs shrimp |
4 garlic cloves, sliced |
4 tablespoons white wine |
5 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees 2. In a baking dish, combine shrimp, sliced garlic and wine and season with salt and pepper. 3. Melt butter. Add bread crumbs and parsley to melted butter and sprinkle over shrimp. 4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until shrimp are opaque. |
