Easy and tender Ingredients:
1 lb white fish fillet, any tender mild type |
1/2 cup whole milk or 1/2 cup half-and-half |
2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional) |
Directions:
1. Spray a 9x9 baking dish lightly with cooking spray. 2. Place fish in a single layer. 3. Pour milk over fish. 4. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over fish. 5. Preheat oven to 425. 6. Bake 20-25 minutes, until fish can be flaked with a fork. Do not overcook. 7. Serve with boiled potatoes, or crisp shoestring french fries and cole slaw. |
