Very easy to prepare. You can add other veggies if you wish (we like it with squash and onions). Ingredients:
1/2 lb asparagus (cleaned) |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
salt |
pepper |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Spray baking tray with non-stick spray. 3. Place asparagus stalks on baking tray. 4. Drizzle with olive oil. 5. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until stalks are tender. 7. Sprinkle on sesame seeds before serving. |
