This goes great with any chicken but is perfect when serves with my chicken skewers. Ingredients:
1 cup fat free greek yogurt |
8 garlic cloves |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
4 -5 tablespoons olive oil |
salt, as needed |
Directions:
1. Mash garlic into a paste (salt helps to add a little traction to the garlic and makes it easier to mash) mix well into yogurt then add remaining ingredients. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving with chicken. |
