Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons no-salt-added tomato sauce |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons seeded, finely chopped tomato |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and garlic; stir well. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Stir in tomato and parsley. Store in refrigerator. Serve with steamed vegetables, or use as a sandwich spread. |
