Ingredients:
4 1/2- inch slices country bread |
1 clove garlic, halved |
Directions:
1. Heat the broiler. Put the bread on a baking sheet and broil, turning once, until crisp and brown on the outside but still slightly soft in the center, about 3 minutes. Rub one side of each slice with the cut-side of the garlic. |
