This recipe came from the boys' Grandmother Loretta. It is very easy to make and tastes great. Ingredients:
2 lbs round steaks |
1 cup flour |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Cut round steak into fingers about 2 x 6 inches. 2. Mix flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper together. 3. Dredge steak in flour mixture until fully coated. 4. Drop into hot oil and fry until browned. |
