1 tsp butter or margarine |
3 c chopped fresh spinach leaves, stems removed |
1 onion, chopped |
1 clove garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil and butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add spinach, 2. onion, and garlic. Saute until spinach is limp and tender. Serve hot. 3. Makes 2 Servings. 4.
