I often cook with pinches of this and dashes of that, so the ingredient amounts may not be exact. Ingredients:
1 lb deboned chicken, shredded |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
cooked rice (optional) |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet. 2. Add chicken, soy sauce, and garlic powder. 3. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until heated through. 4. Serve over hot rice, if desired. |
