Ingredients:
1 lb deboned chicken, shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
cooked rice (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet.
2. Add chicken, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
3. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until heated through.
4. Serve over hot rice, if desired.
