Simple and comforting soup Ingredients:
100 g , chorizo. (authentic spanish chorizo latienda.com) |
4 garlic cloves |
100 g bread |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon paprika |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
salt |
Directions:
1. In an earthenware dish and pour the oil once hot add the garlic cloves. 2. When they start to brown add the diced ham and chorizo and fry the ingredients a bit. 3. Add the bread into thin slices and fry. 4. Sprinkle with a little paprika, cover with water, season and cook for 20 minutes. 5. Beat the eggs and add them stirring, like and egg drop soup. 6. Enjoy! |
