Wonderful on any kind of steak!!! from Cooking Light Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil |
5 cups quartered mushrooms, , about 1 lb |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1 dash salt and black pepper |
10 cloves garlic, smashed |
1/2 cup no-salt-added beef broth |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick frypan coated with cooking spray over medium high heat. 2. Add mushrooms, crushed red pepper, garlic, and a dash of salt, saute 3 minutes. 3. Reduce heat to medium. 4. Add the broth and a dash of black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley. |
