garlic shrimp with asparagus |

serve this over pasta to take advantage of the sauce, or with big chunks of french bread Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 1/2 cups sliced asparagus |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
salt and pepper |
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes |
1 1/2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 cup dry white wine |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. heat oil in saute pan, add asparagus, garlic, and spices, cook for 5 minutes add shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink. 2. stir in wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil, remove from heat and serve. |
