I picked this receipe up from the T-Tapp exercise forum. I haven't made the recipe yet but want it in my recipezaar cookbook so I'm adding it now. One way to serve this is over spaghetti squash. Ingredients:
3/4 lb shrimp |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (i used 1 tsp dried) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
6 -8 cloves garlic |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. 2. Add the garlic and sautee for1 minute. 3. Add the shrimp (which is peeled and deveined). 4. Sautee for 3minutes. 5. Add the lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper and cook for an additional minute. |
