An Asian marinade for beef. Great on grilled flank steak. Ingredients:
1 cup dry red wine |
3/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1/8 cup sesame oil |
1/2 cup olive oil |
6 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced |
3 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and chopped |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, whisk to emulsify. 2. Use to marinade your favorite cut of beef. |
