I love herbed butters. You can use them on so many things from bread to steaks or even veggies. This would also make a great gift! Enjoy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature |
8 -10 sage leaves, for about 1/4 c chopped |
2 large garlic cloves |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Pulse in a food processor until mixed and pieces are the desired size. 2. OR chop garlic and sage and mix with salt and butter. 3. Chill before using. |
