Ingredients:
6 whole garlic cloves |
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded |
6 tablespoons granulated sugar |
3 tablespoons kosher salt |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
4 beef tenderloin (8 oz. each) |
Directions:
1. Place garlic cloves, jalapeƱo pepper, sugar and salt in food processor bowl and pulse until smooth. 2. With the processor on, add Worcestershire Sauce in a steady stream until incorporated. You will have a semi-wet mixture. 3. Rub mixture on tenderloins and marinate for 30 minutes. Sear in a very hot skillet until medium-rare, about 2 minutes per side. |
