Ingredients:
4 cups cooked and drained rotelle pasta |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 cup freshly grated romano cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. In lg skillet, over med-hi heat, combine pasta, oil, and garlic. 2. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Stir well. |
