Commit this simple rub mixture to memory, and use it on pork chops, too. Serve with buttered pasta garnished with parsley. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
8 (4-ounce) lamb rib chops, trimmed |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Prepare broiler. 2. Combine first 4 ingredients; rub over lamb. Spread garlic mixture evenly over chops. Place lamb on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. |
