1 pound small red potatoes (about 8 potatoes) |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
butter-flavored cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Scrub potatoes; cut each into 8 wedges. Place wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil; toss well. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper; toss until potatoes are evenly coated with spices. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray. 3.
