Garlic-Roasted New Potatoes |

From my local paper. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
1 1/2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. 2. Combine all ingredients on a jellyroll pan which had been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Bake for 25 minutes or until tender, stirring every 10 minutes. 4. ENJOY! |
