3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 large bunch broccoli |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 475. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and garlic. 2. Cut broccoli into florets and spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Pour garlic over broccoli and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Roast 7-9 minutes, turning once, until broccoli is tender and charred at the edges. 4. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with vinegar. |
