Add some flavor to your everyday red potatoes. Goes great as a side with chicken or beef. Ingredients:
10 medium red potatoes (each cut into fourths) |
1/4-1/2 cup green onions; chopped |
3-4 cloves garlic finely chopped |
1 tsp garlic salt |
1/2 tsp basil |
butter for frying (about 2-4 t) |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or until soft, but not mushy; drain. 2. Mix potatoes with green onions, garlic, garlic salt, basil and butter in a frying pan and fry until green onions are warm and mixed. |
