Garlic Red Potatoes

These simple cubed red potatoes and perfect for breakfast potatoes or a side for any meal. They are garlicky and delicious!
Ingredients:
4 -5 medium sized red potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 -3 teaspoons minced garlic
kosher salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Cube red potatoes.
3. Toss cubed red potatoes in olive oil (i usually don't measure but eyeball it), minced garlic (again i eyeball it), kosher salt, and pepper.
4. Place potatoes on baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes depending on how crispy you want your potatoes.
