a bbq side dish Ingredients:
600 g sliced radishes |
2 minced garlic cloves |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 ice cube |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat the Barbecue to high. 2. Wrap the radishes, garlic, Butter, ice and salt and pepper in a double layer or aluminium foil and tightly seal it. 3. Place the package of the barbecue for 20 mins, until the radishes are tender. |
