I came up with this incredibly simple potato recipe today, when my 7 year old son asked me to cook him some potaoes in the oven, with some garlic on them for lunch. The 2 kids devoured them, and gave them 5 stars! Ingredients:
4 medium roasting potatoes, cut into 2cm cubes |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C 2. Pour oil into roasting dish, and heat in oven for 10 minutes. 3. Remove from oven, stir garlic through oil. Add potatoes and toss, to coat potatoes. 4. Roast for 40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through, shaking the pan occasionally to turn potatoes. |
