What could be better than garlic and pizza? Truly for garlic lovers! Ingredients:
1 (14 inch) boboli brand pizza shell |
1 cup parmesan, shredded (not the powdery kind, please) |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 small red onion, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon dried oregano (i tend to use a little less) |
Directions:
1. Combine Parmesan, mayonnaise, red onion, garlic and oregano. 2. Spread over crust. 3. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. 4. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. 5. Cut into 24 wedges to serve. |
