I remember reading about making pimento cheese with garlic in the newspaper years ago but i do not remember whose recipe this was. Everybody loves this pimento cheese. Ingredients:
1 (1 ounce) jar diced pimento, with juice |
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. grate the cheese. 2. add the pimentoes with juice and the garlic. 3. add 1 cup mayonnaise plus whatever amount of mayonnaise you need to add to get the consistency that you want. 4. refrigerate. |
