This is a great go to side dish Ingredients:
2 cups orzo |
4 tbls. butter |
2 cloves garlic |
1/4 to 1/2 cup parsley, chopped (can also use mint) |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook orzo until al dente 2. Drain well 3. Melt butter over medium heat in saucepan 4. Add garlic and stir for a minute 5. Add orzo and stir to coat with butter and garlic 6. Add parsley and stir to blend 7. Salt and pepper |
