1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
3 cups bread flour |
3 tablespoons wheat germ |
3 tablespoons wheat bran |
1 3/4 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, pressed |
2 tablespoons parsley, fresh chopped |
1 1/4 cups water |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. 2. Let the loaf cool before slicing. 3. Serve plain or toasted. 4. Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf. |
