This is such a simple side dish with great flavors. Ingredients:
2 cups orzo |
3 tsp. garlic, finely chopped |
1 stick butter, softened |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 cup milk |
2 tbls. parsley, finely chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook orzo according to package directions 2. Drain 3. In skillet over medium heat, add butter and garlic 4. Cook a minute or so 5. Add remaining ingredients and heat through |
