1/2 cup water |
1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, bring water to a boil. Add asparagus and garlic. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; gently toss to coat. Yield: 4 servings. |
