This sounds yummy so I wanted to share. Ingredients:
6 tbs. olive oil |
2 -3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed |
1 tsp. oregano leaves |
2 cans (7 oz. each) pitted ripe olives, drained |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together oil, garlic and oregano. 2. Add olives and toss to coat thoroughly. 3. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or as long as two weeks. 4. Makes 1-1/2 cups |
