Super light, high protein, low carb scallops. Ingredients:
24 oz scallops |
1/2 tbsp olive oil |
5 garlic clove |
1 tsp black pepper |
3 3/5 g chicken bouillon |
67 g limes |
Directions:
1. Season the scallops with chicken bouillon and pepper. 2. Put a little oil in a pan, high heat. 3. Wait for the pan to get really hot, add the garlic and then pop the scallop in. 4. After 3 minutes, add lime juice and it's done. 5. Serve with your favorite salad. |
