Super light, high protein, low carb scallops.
Ingredients:
24 oz scallops
1/2 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic clove
1 tsp black pepper
3 3/5 g chicken bouillon
67 g limes
Directions:
1. Season the scallops with chicken bouillon and pepper.
2. Put a little oil in a pan, high heat.
3. Wait for the pan to get really hot, add the garlic and then pop the scallop in.
4. After 3 minutes, add lime juice and it's done.
5. Serve with your favorite salad.
