Garlic Olive Caper Spread |

This sounds fancy, but there is almost no work involved! Serve on sliced baguette. Ingredients:
1 cup greek olive, rinsed and pitted |
2 tablespoons capers |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 cup pine nuts |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon thyme or 1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 1/2 cups fresh parsley, stems removed |
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients and process until just smooth enough to spread. |
