I used this recipe at a barbeque party I hosted at my home and it was good. So thought of sharing it. Got the recipe from the Gulf News Cookery Book Volume No. 6. Cook time is approximate. Ingredients:
12 large fresh mushrooms |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
fresh parsley |
seasoning (salt and pepper) |
1 pinch oregano |
Directions:
1. Blend oil, garlic, parsley, oregano and seasoning Wash and pat mushrooms dry. 2. Cut in two Thread on skewers alternating with tomato and onion Brush liberally with olive oil mixture Barbeque till done. |
