Had this over roast chicken, Yummy! Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic |
250 g button mushrooms |
25 g butter |
1 cup red wine |
1 teaspoon green peppercorn |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Crushed garlic, peel and chop finely. 2. Wipe mushrooms and slice finely. 3. Melt butter in a saucepan and add garlic and mushrooms. 4. Cook 2 minutes. 5. Add the red wine and peppercorns. 6.
