Savoury Muffins are the best! Only 120 cals, quite healthy and oh so delicious! Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
1 egg |
3 tbsp margarine, melted |
2 cloves garlic, crushed (could use 3) |
2 tbsp chives, chopped |
1 tbsp sugar |
4 tsp baking powder |
2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. put forst 6 in a bowl and mix well 2. add remaining and blend until just mixed 3. bake at 190 deg cel for 15-20min |
