Garlic Microwave Potatoes |

These potatoes have never failed to please whomever I served them to. They're rich with flavor, and go with so many things. Pictured below with Crispy Oven-Fried Fried Fish, also found in my recipes. Ingredients:
4 medium sized potatoes, scrubbed, not peeled and cubed |
garlic salt |
pepper |
butter |
Directions:
1. Scrub the potatoes and leave skins on. 2. Slice in half the long way, then again, and then cut crosswise to get bite-sized chunks. 3. Place in casserole dish, dot with as much butter as you like. I use about one tablespoon per potato. 4. Cover and cook on high in mocrowave for 10 minutes, or about half the time it would take your microwave to cook four baked potatoes. 5. Remove from microwave, add garlic salt and pepper to suit your taste. Be generous! 6. Cover again, put back in the microwave for the last half of the cook time. |
