This is quik and easy. The kids all really like this one. I serve this sometimes over cooked rice. Add a salad and you have a complete meal in no time at all. Remember when everyone eats garlic, no ones breath smells bad. Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) package frozen meatballs, thawed |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green beans, thawed |
1/2 cup onion, sliced thin |
1/2 cup green pepper, sliced thin |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a deep nonstick skillet. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are cooked. |
