Wonderful for sandwiches and salads. Cheaper and healthier than store bought. The whey is optional but will cause it to last longer in the fridge. Ingredients:
1 whole egg |
1 minced garlic clove |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon whey (optional) |
3/4-1 cup olive oil |
salt |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a pint size glass jar and whip with an immersion blender for about 30 seconds. 2. Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate for 24 hours before use. |
