My kids favorite recipe. They love these with brown gravy. They even love to do most of the work! Ingredients:
8 idao potatoes |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 cup milk |
1/4 cup butter |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
brown gravy mix |
Directions:
1. peel potatoes and boil tell fork tender. 2. Mash drained potatos. 3. mix in sour crean and milk and butter, adding additional milk if neaded. 4. serve with gravy. |
