Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Beef Bake |

This version of classic Shepherd's Pie features ground beef and vegetables in a savory sauce topped with mashed potatoes and baked until piping hot. Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell'sĀ® condensed cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), thawed |
2 cups water |
3 tablespoons margarine or butter |
3/4 cup milk |
2 cups idahoanĀ® original mashed potatoes |
Directions:
1. Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. 2. Mix beef, 1/2 can soup, Worcestershire and vegetables in 2-quart shallow baking dish. 3. Mix water, margarine and remaining soup in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Slowly stir in potatoes. Spoon potatoes over beef mixture. 4. Bake at 400 degrees F 20 minutes or until hot. |
