Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) butter |
1 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh chives |
1 teaspoon(s) finely minced garlic |
1/4 cup(s) milk |
1 russet baking potato, peeled |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Boil potato in water until fork tender. Drain. 2. Return drained potato to same pan. Add garlic, butter and milk. Mash until smooth. Add chives. Mix gently and serve. |
