Farm Bureau paper Ingredients:
8 -10 medium potatoes |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Peel, slice & cook potatoes. 2. When done, mash & stir in cream cheese, garlic salt & butter. 3. Place in baking dish, (add'l. slices of butter can be put on top.). 4. Bake 45 minute 300 degrees. 5. Can be made day ahead; after placing in baking dish, cover & refrigerate. Bake next day uncovered. |
