Potatoes cook until tender in Swanson® Seasoned Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic and are mashed with the broth and a touch of black pepper to make full-bodied, great-tasting spuds! Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans swanson® seasoned chicken broth with roasted garlic |
5 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces |
generous dash ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place broth and potatoes in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving broth. 2. Mash potatoes with 1 1/4 cups broth and black pepper. Add additional broth, if needed, until desired consistency. |
